Welcome to a great balance of being away from civilization, engulfed in nature with peace and quiet yet also being 30 minutes away from the nearest city.
Chipmunks, crows, doves, crickets, coyotes, sparrows and many other creatures call this land home. This is protected land called a Significant Ecological Area mostly because of the thousands of Joshua Trees.

It can be windy at times, in order to mitigate this I recommend using your car(s) to block the wind. Local markets also sell neck gaiters for face protection. Release your inhibitions to wind!
There's about .4 miles of dirt road to get to the property, there are some dips to watch out for but I come out here in a little Prius so it's manageable.
Overall, there is an element of seclusion but occasionally people do drive by on the dirt road.
I would rate the cell phone service a 7/10, it's pretty solid but can go out at times.25% of all proceeds go towards restoring, preserving and enhancing the existing ecosystem.
This is a general dispersed campsite with two communal fire pits (FIRE RESTRICTION IN EFFECT) that can have up to 3 groups at a time. If you would like the entire property to yourself, please let me know and select the option as an add on feature. I will block the other sites if possible or refund you. Feel free to park anywhere that seems convenient for you. As a courtesy, I usually let all groups know about each other but do not share personal information.
A good amount of seclusion in the general vicinity but every once in awhile someone might drive by on the dirt road. I've camped out here over 20 times and never had an issue with safety.
The coordinates will direct you to the NE corner of the property. Feel free to park at the corner dirt roads and walk in or turn left from 150th at the little solar light and wooden sign towards the outhouse and fire pit.
It can be windy at times so you'll want to anchor your tents or use your car to block the wind from the fire pit or tent. You can buy a neck gaiter for face protection at local markets in the area.
You can walk along the dirt road and explore more of the area but off the dirt road are other peoples properties. The outhouse is the SW corner of the property.
Please be mindful and courteous to all other living creatures and plants in the area. This is their home.
